Youth Strategies Branch, of Alberta Children and Youth Services, empowers youth, offers information on available resources, and provides youth with the tools to make positive choices and become successful adults.
As part of the Community Strategies and Support Division, the Youth Strategies Branch is unique in the way it works, bringing the voices of youth to the right "ears" in government and administering programs that support young people in Alberta. Our goal is to make an impact on the lives of young people and create young leaders to ensure Alberta's bright future.
Within the Youth Strategies Branch, youth are defined as anyone between the ages of 13 and 25, across Alberta. Youth Strategies Branch consults with young people from a variety of demographics to ensure a broad youth perspective on critical issues.
