Alanta, born in 2001, is an attractive little girl with a medium build, dark brown hair, and lovely brown eyes.  By nature she is outgoing, curious, and engaging.  Her social skills are strong, and given her ability to interact capably with children of all ages is a sought after play-mate and friend.  Among her favorite pursuits are drawing, making jewelry, playing board games, and socializing.  Having lots of energy, she also thrives on the physical.  Going to the park, swimming, and attending her Tae Kwon Do classes can also be counted as happy pastimes.

Alanta currently attends a regular school program where she achieves independently at grade level.  She is a good speller, loves to read, and has lovely printing!  She enjoys school a great deal, where she is a popular student with both teachers and peers.

This resilient and adaptable young girl wants a forever family to call her own.  She's identified a desire for a two parent childless family with animals as an ideal. An adoptive family able to offer stability, understanding, affection, and continuity to Alanta will see the very best of her!
